Compliance

A compliance review is a review of a certified provider conducted by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities or a County Board of Developmental Disabilities or Council of Governments to determine that a provider is in compliance with applicable requirements in order to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of individuals served.
